You can edit your site by any tool, Ftp Copy find all changes.

Publish found changes (and checked files) to ftp

Use for creating new profile of new site for watching and publishing changes or creating copy of current profile

Save changes in profile settings

Calculate used space in ftp site
* Accept actual
Accept actual state of local site.
This function is needed with start publishing by FTP Copy:
If you have already synchronized site Between local and ftp, this button save actual state of local site.
Now FTP Copy will reveal any change at your local site and can publish changes to the ftp.
Use of this button is needed just once for one profile.
